Based on the method from her book, Art Glass Quilts, expect to master a new method of machine appliqué. Using my subtractive method, create a contemporary art quilt. Letting intuition guide you, explore the possibilities of color and design Depending on the desired effect, your quilts can have a stained glass look or a line drawing look.

Invite your creativity to build a piece of original art cloth. Using surface design concepts (stamping, stenciling, discharging etc.), create a piece of cloth to wear or enhance a quilt. Using simple techniques, learn to combine color, space, value and texture for a visually stimulating art cloth.
Crazy Collage Wearable Art
One or Two Day Workshop
With so many endless possibilities to this look, learn successful color combinations and how shape, line, space and balance contribute to the success of a wearable garment.
